Draped Off the Shoulder
Step 1: Take each streamer and pull each through a loop located inside the sweetheart neckline (streamers can be placed criss-cross or vertically)
Step 2: Bring your streamers around your upper arm, loosely draping
Step 3: Pull each streamer through a back loop located on either side of the zipper
Step 4: Either use the buckle back look, tie streamers into a bow just above the zipper, or tuck streamers into the dress
