Criss-Cross Cap Sleeves
Step 1: Pull each streamer through the opposite loop located inside the sweetheart neckline
Step 2: Bring each streamer up to cover each shoulder and around to your back
Step 3: Pull each streamer through a back loop located on either side of the zipper
Step 4: Tie streamers into a bow just above the zipper, or tuck into the dress
