Off the Shoulder
Step 1: Take your streamers and loop one through the other
Step 2: Bring the loop to the top center of the sweetheart neckline
Step 3: Bring your streamers around to cover your upper arm
Step 4: Pull each streamer through a back loop located on either side of the zipper
Step 5: Either use the buckle back look, tie streamers into a bow just above the zipper, or tuck streamers away into the dress
