Romantic & Emotional Lowndes Grove Wedding in Charleston

Family and friends, welcome to Caleb and Elizabeth's wedding celebration. Caleb and Elizabeth would like to invite you, first of all everyone can be seated. And you're welcome to take out your cell phones now and take all your pictures in the next 30 seconds. We're gonna give you a little bit of time if you'd like to do that. Okay is everyone good? All right.

We unaccustomed to courage exiles from the light, live coiled in shells of loneliness until love leaves its High Holy Temple and comes into our sight to liberate us into life. Love arrives, and in its train come ecstasies, old memories of pleasure ancient histories of pain. Yet if we are bold, love strikes away the chains of fear from our souls. We are weaned from our timidity in the flesh of Love's light. We dare to be brave, and suddenly we see that love costs all we are and all we ever will be. It is only love that sets us free.

The Moment I saw you I fell in love with you-- it was love at first sight, something I only thought happened in fairytales until I realized that I was living my own fairytale. The bride said.

I will never forget the day she said she thought she found the love of her life. I told her I want you to be happy and I want you to find that one that's meant for you. The one that was created to be your other half. I knew instantly the first time I met Caleb, he was it. She was beaming with joy and I haven't seen her like that in a long time. And I know that your adventure is just starting but may you always remember in good times or bad times that you choose each other.

When she was a baby, just a year old holding her in my arms thinking. You know I just want to keep her safe and keep her happy. Wanted her to be loved. I remember that first time we sat and had dinner and I met him for the first time. Where did you come from? I don't want you to go anywhere. Because I knew he was the one going forward that could keep her safe that would love her and that would be there for her the rest of her life. I wish you both many many years and happiness your whole lives together just able to cherish the moments and memories that are just ahead.

When you proposed to me, you said you're never ready to fully be with someone until you've seen them deal with sickness experience loss and struggle through financial hardship. We have experienced some of our greatest joys and some of our most challenging moments together. I promise to love you unconditionally and with my whole heart for our whole lives.

And then invite Caleb to state his vows and to his promises to Elizabeth.

I worked hard on writing them memorizing them and when I saw her today that completely went out the window. All I remember is even before we met, we were talking online and one of my friends was asking questions when I just said I don't know, something's just different, this isn't like anyone else. And every day you live up to that same sentence from a week before I even met you. So different than anyone else I've ever known, and I just love you so much.

I promise to never forget why we fell in love. I promise to be the best wife, Furmom and mother to our future children. Because as life has shown us these past four years, life is too short and I'm going to enjoy every moment that life gives us for as long as we have.

Now it gives me great pleasure to introduce for the very first time Caleb it Elizabeth you may kiss the bride.

I truly believe the Caleb and Elizabeth compliment each other perfectly. If you're with them, it's easy to see how deeply they care for each other. I'm so excited to see them begin this journey together. I now ask that you raise your glass and give a hearty Irish toast to Caleb and Elizabeth!
